SIGNING UP FOR SHIFTS

  • Sign up for dredging shifts using the new online Excel-based calendar emailed to you and with links above.

    • The first tab explains each job and its requirements.

    • Additional tabs for March, April, and May contains shifts you can sign up for.

    • To sign up, simply type your first and last name into the shifts you can commit to.


NOTIFICATIONS AND REMINDERS

  • Sunday evenings you will receive via email the coming week’s dredging schedule       

    • If you are on that week’s schedule, ensure you can still make your shift

    • If you are not on the schedule, consider signing up for one or more shifts where there are gaps


DREDGING STATUS

  • This page will be updated EVERY DAY by 7 PM during dredging season

  • There will be a note indicating if dredging is on for the following day or if it is cancelled.

  • It is YOUR responsibility to check this page the evening before your shift to know if you need to show up or not.


CHANGING YOUR SHIFTS

  • The cut off for shift changes is Sunday by 7 PM.

    • If you need to change a shift the week of, text Alex at above number.

    • If you need to change a shift more than a week out, simply remove your name from the spreadsheet.
